Going back to their soulful roots and picnic vibes, DSTV Delicious International Food & Music Festival is marking a decade of world-class cuisine and electrifying performances by having Maxwell, Robert Glasper and Tems as this year’s international acts.
A Delicious Weekend With Maxwell and Tems
DStv aims to connect its customers with their passion for food, music, and cultural exploration. In doing so, they’ll deliver unforgettable moments that resonate long after the festival concludes.
Held at the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit on the 23 and 24 September 2023, day one of the festival will be headlined by Grammy-Award-winning Zakes Bantwini and Tems, whilst Maxwell does the day one honours.
The festival will also feature performances from Shalamar, Incognito, Robert Glasper, Arrested Development and Oskido.
A deliciously safe weekend
After last year’s fiasco with day one headliner Burna Boy, you may have some concerns about safety. Luckily, the organizers have received all your feedback, and create a much safer festival environment. As such, the organizers announced new logistical changes that include:
- New ticketing partner > Ticketmaster.
- No pre-paid cashless system this year.
- The event is still cashless, and all bank cards are accepted.
- Complimentary water available at new hydration stations. Water will also be available at the bars for purchase.
- Additional security ensuring your safety throughout the day Increased bar frontage and food purchase points allowing for quicker access & fewer queues.
- An overall reduced capacity at this year’s festival.
- A dedicated and separate Uber drop-off zone, so no congestion in or out of the venue.
- Extended Astroturf in the Main Arena.
- Increased shaded and seating areas across the public areas.
- Pre-purchased onsite parking tickets through Ticketmaster.
