All Gold School Tour Inspires 1,800 Learners at Thuto Lefa Secondary

What’s your favourite condiment? Ask anyone in sub-Saharan Africa and watch the words ‘All Gold’ leave their lips. With a legacy spanning over a century, All Gold remains a cherished household brand, recognized for its rich history and dedication to quality. Yet, it’s not just their incredible products that make us fall in love with All Gold, but also their dedication to uplifting the community.

The All Gold School Tour is making waves across Gauteng, sparking creativity and inspiring young South Africans. Recently, the tour’s second stop was at Thuto Lefa Secondary School in Krugersdorp, where 1,800 excited learners enjoyed an unforgettable experience led by brand ambassador Somizi Mhlongo.

All Gold School Tour and Somizi Mhlongo Teach Self-Expression At Thuto Lefa Secondary

The latest stop follows the successful launch at Musi High School in Pimville, with all the brand ambassadors Somizi Mhlongo, Robot Boii, and Bontle Modiselle. This stop gave learners the chance to dive into dance, self-expression, and mentorship from one of South Africa’s top choreographers and media personalities.

Part of the popular All Gold Dance Challenge campaign, the tour continues to empower young aspiring choreographers by offering expert guidance and support.

Speaking on the activation, Somizi applauds All Gold’s initiative, especially because brands investing in young people is the best way to go:

“Engaging with young people meaningfully is something I’m passionate about because they are the future. These kinds of activations create a space for creativity, self-expression, and learning outside the classroom, which is so important for their personal growth.”

Somizi isn’t just a fan of such initiatives, but he also holds a deep love for the brand behind them,

All Gold was, and still is, part of our culture. I remember how excited we would get during family gatherings, and that unmistakable taste was always part of the meal. It brings back memories of warmth, togetherness, and home-cooked meals filled with love.

A Golden Tour

The next leg of the tour will extend to Mamelodi, Sebokeng, and Orlando, reaffirming All Gold’s commitment to uplifting local communities. Building on the excitement, the campaign ambassadors will engage with learners by mentoring and inspiring aspiring young choreographers. By sharing their journeys and offering expert guidance, they will help learners navigate a career in dance choreography.
